Why work with Together Strategic

  • Senior strategist with deep expertise in corporate strategy and planning, benefits management, and service planning and design. Extensive experience working with executives, councillors and teams in local government — leading the functions that sit at the heart of how councils set direction, make decisions, and deliver value to communities.

  • A track record of building confidence and momentum quickly, turning complex challenges into shared understanding and practical outcomes. Trusted to work through difficulty with rigour, honesty, and genuine commitment to organisation's success.

  • The goal is never a document. It's a clearer organisation - one that makes better decisions, delivers on its strategy, and builds the internal capability to keep improving. Every engagement is designed around what needs to change, not just what needs to be produced.

  • A qualified designer with a Master of Design Futures from RMIT, and research focused on how organisations adopt design thinking as a capability. This lens shapes everything - how problems get framed, how people are brought into the work, and how solutions are built to last.

Chrisanya Martin

I work with government and public-purpose organisations as a strategic partner — bringing deep knowledge from building and leading functions in local government including corporate strategy and planning, service planning and design, performance reporting, and organisational transformation.

Along the way I became genuinely curious about how design thinking could change the way organisations approach complex work - not just in service teams, but in corporate services. That curiosity led me to complete a Master of Design Futures at RMIT, where I researched how local governments adopt design thinking as an organisational capability.

Now I work independently, helping government and public-purpose organisations bridge strategy, design, and delivery - so that intent actually translates into outcomes.
