Chrisanya Martin

I work with government and public-purpose organisations as a strategic partner, helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making and connect strategy to action.

Before working independently, I led functions across local government spanning corporate strategy and planning, service planning and review, organisational transformation, business improvement and performance. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how organisations make decisions, allocate resources and translate intent into outcomes.

Along the way, I became increasingly interested in how design thinking could be applied beyond innovation and service teams, particularly within strategy, policy and organisational decision-making. That curiosity led me to complete a Master of Design Futures at RMIT, where I researched how local governments adopt design thinking as an organisational capability.

Today, my work brings together strategy, benefits management, service planning and design-led thinking to help organisations work through complexity with greater clarity, alignment and confidence.
